Raised my bus speed (incremently) from 100 eventually to 120. Once I got there it would not boot. I cold booted and got back in to the bios and it was still set for 120. Left it and rebooted and now I cant even get it to boo into the bio....I get nothing. Is there any way to reset the mobo?
It is a MSI K7T Turbo Via 133

I'm not familiar with the board, but if you look in the mobo manual and find how to clear the cmos, that should do it. You'll have to redo anything you put into the BIOS (time/date included). Clearing the cmos is usually (always?) done by moving a jumper, waiting a little bit, and putting it back, with the psu off.

U could also try to restart ur computer a couple of times. Mine takes 3 restarts before the bios is resetting.

On the MSI K7T Turbo, the CMOS reset is next to the CMOS battery. WHILE the power is OFF. Move the jumper from pin 1-2 to pin 2-3 then back to pin1-2. (Note the jumper settings in the manual is BACKWARDS) This will clear the BIOS and reset you back to default. I had to do this with my MSI K7T Turbo about 20 times :) while hunting for a stable spot.
