Overclocked PC running slow after 6 years

The H50 pump plugs into chasis fan 3 header and the H50 fan plugs into CPU header. Right now CPU fan speed is reading 1750 rpm, and chasis fan 3 is reading 730 rpm. Is that low for the pump? I tried disabling fan control for chassis fan 3 and no change occurred.

I was wrong, it was plugged into chasis fan 2. 1383 RPM
