Found the three jumpers,
Wire in one of them runs to powersupply,Two wires three pins on each plug,What do i do to jump FSB?Chnage the wires if so,Which plug do i put it in? I have a Intel Freman ZX.

Without a manual it's really tough to say what you have. There are often jumpers for other functions besides FSB. You need to put any info you can find (numbers, names, etc) from your motherboard into some search engines and see what you can find.

If the mobo is manufactured by Intel and not just one that uses their chipset, then the chances of being able to o.c. with it and to make any changes that will increase anything other than voltages is are not very good. I guess it's Intel's way of protecting their interests.
