300 Watt power supply
Windows 2000 Pro
air cooled and (Arctic Silver)


Would like to overclock, but not burn up could someone give me the setting from top to bottom (new at this know nothing about it)for about 1350, give or take a little.

all you have to do to overclock that chip is to close the L1 bridges, then use the adjustments in the bios. To close the L1 bridges, just make them look like ||||, instead of ::::. To do that, look at some of the other posts. you should be able to take it up to the max voltage, 1.85V, without doing any harm. just keep an eye on your temps, if they get too high, you might need better cooling....
 
From what I hear, (mostly on this site) many 1.2 GHz athlons are coming factory unlocked, so you may not need to do the pencil trick. Otherwise just use the FSB/clock multiplier settings on the KT7A RAID to manipulate your CPU speed and like said above, make sure you have a good cooler and watch your CPU temps. Anything above 45 C is borderline IMHO.
