Overclocking 440BX w/P3 450Mhz

Can someone help me out with overclocking a 440BX w/P3 450Mhz. I have seen numeras excellent overclocking with this board, as well as this processor.

I have an Abit BF6
BTW, i'm not totally sure it's that board. I have a dell demension T450, and i doubt that they would use that board though.

The BF6 has a SoftMenu bios. If you go into the bios does it show it? One of the choices will be SoftMenu II as I recall- first one on the list.
