overclocking 64 3500 amd althon

ok i am new to doing voltages on a 64 bit board i would like some help on setting the voltages and the right speed to keep it stable here are the specs

Keep your voltages below 1.6v and whatch your temps closely don't let it get higher then 50c, if it get's to 60c then you should either think about better cooling or lower your oc.
