i have a leadtek gf3 ti200 that has no problem with me overclocking my system to 200fsb. just bought a gainward gf2 ti450 that craps out at 180fsb. i was thinking of replacing it with a radeon 8500, how well do they handle cpu fsb?

I've seen no evidence that a Radeon will hold you back. My machine wont run over 135 fsb and run 3dmark but I dont think its the video card.

mine is at 155FSB at 300/300 and runs great. no hiccups wut so ever.

im not really worried about running 3dmark, i just want to make sure with that card i can set my cpu fsb to 180+ and system will boot and run stable. maybe i just got a freak card with the gainward but it wont even post over 180fsb on an 8kha+ or kr7a.... i lower the fsb and boot into xp and get thoes "report to ms" windows saying the agp screwed up...the same boards i can run to 200fsb with the leadtek gf3 ti200 with no problem.

What you can do is just lower the AGP to 2x instead of 4x. Thats where i run my radeon and i havent noticed any performance difference.
