Overclocking GF3

How much is it ok to overclock the Elsa Gladiac 920 GeForce 3 board? I am using coolbits to up the clock speed, but how much is a safe amount, and how much of a performance difference might there be?

for performance you might not notice too much of a difference because of ur system, just more marks in 3dmark2k, 2001. This should o/c pretty nicely, gf3 owners would probably give you better help

I consider 210 core- 490 memory as safe.
You can probably get more but I have known people who have damaged thier gf3 by running it overclocked too high.
