True, I'm a bit under thermal limits on my CPU @4.2ghz. didn't really want to push it much higher on air with my 212 evo. VRMs are cool enough on my board with a fan on the vrm-heatsink.

I have been trying to log in for DAYS because I am having a similar problem with a similar setup. i'll start my own thread but i'm going to start off by saying that ANY change in ram speed setting seems to be causing this problem so if your Bus overclocking and your adjusting the ram ratio AT ALL to compensate for the speed gain but not push the ram too far it may be causing a no boot and reset to last known good.
its a roblem I have been seeing and it could very well be related. then again it might not but food for thought none the less
