I hate that kit... but anyhoo, try 2.5-3-2-8 at 3.5V and see how high it can go at about 10mhz at a time, when unstable, just go back and stay there.

To get 236Mhz, just bump the voltage by 0.2 and wing it.

P.S. You may want some "active" cooling on those buggers.

k got ram running at 236 with 3.2 volts and 3-3-3-8 timings and im getting errors in memtest

should i mess with the timings or lower the vdimm or what.

oo and i have active cooling on them

Wow, I am a newb to mem OCing but that seems like a rediculous amount of voltage for a very little overclock. I'd tweak the timings to 3-4-4-7, or 3-4-4-8

I had that kit.It likes voltage but 3.2v should get you to around 240mhz at 2-2-2-6-T1.Also place a nice 80mm over the ram or get a XP 120 or something similar that helps kcool your ram.

WS
that ram is UUT Winbond BH5 which loves voltage and tight timings 3.4/3.6v and can run 260/270 at 2-2-2-5-T1.Hell some guys are getting cas 1.5-2-2-5-t1 at 260mhz with 3.6v

did 2-2-2-6 with 3.2volts at 236Mhz memtest say it has errors but when i ran other speeds i couldnt run pcmark04 all the way threw but with it at 2-2-2-6 it goes all the way threw.

You might need to back off a little try say 225 at the same volts and timmings.

Edit:

I thought these were the regular golds.those only need 2.8/3.0v to run 200 at cas 2-2-2-6 but the VX need 3.2v to run 200 at 2-2-2-6.So you need more vltage.Id try maybe 215/220 tops with you voltage of 3.2volts.Thats your problem you need more like 3.6v.You need DDR booster or a volt mod or better yet a DFI NF4 Ultra D with its 4.0v.I love my board:attn:
