Overclocking/ modifying Video cards

What is the difference between the radon ve and le can the le be converted to the ve.... ?
Is overclocking video cards done strictly by software ie tweakn software ?
Can the Geforce mx be overclocked if so how?

Sorry, can´t tell you about the differences between the Radeons, but I can tell you, that you normally can overclock every Video Card, using Entech Powerstrip..There are always new versions coming out which support the latest cards.
A active cooler and perhaps even a better heatsink on the core and some heatsinks on the Ram will help you oc.

the only real difference I know of, is one was made almost strictly for the poorer asian market (although I'm not sure which one).
