overclocking my cellie400 with biostar board

Hello everybody,

i have a celeron 400Mhz socket 370 on a Biostar m6tza slot 1
board runnig on 500 Mhz. (6*83)
my videokaart is a 3dfx voodoo3-3000 agp and a maxtor 10,2 Gb harddisk.
128 mb pc133 memory.
my question is, can it hurt my machine or is there someone
with the same configuration.
please give me supply about your experions.

As long as it's stable, and your processor temps aren't too high, you should be fine. All of your busses should be within tolerable specs at 83mhz.

I would suggest a small step back @75mhz fsb or whatever you
have available near that by your bios.

It would be much more safe for your Hard Disk and your vga
