I'm new to overclocking so if you guys could help, i'd appreciate it. I have a duron 800 on a fastfame 8vtav. i've heard mixed things on the duron 800; people said it'll overclock really well up to 1.1 gHz, but i'm not sure my motherboard can support it. I don't think there's a clock multiplier and if there is, i don't know where it is. I have a decent system and all my components are better than average but if anyone knows how to change the clock speed or FSB on my fastfame then i'd really like the help.

From what I can find on your fastfame MOBO, it has the Award BIOS w/ enhanced ACPI functions. Go into your bios and look for advanced settings , CPU frequency or something similar. From there you should be able to change the CPU clock speed. LOL

well, i've searched every nook and cranny for that function and i can't seem to find anything related to clock speeds and such. Either i'm blind (which could be the case because i have been know to miss some obvious stuff) or it's not there.
