overclocking on M748MR Motherboard?

i have heard of some kind of program to overclock this board but have'nt been able to locate it. i am runing a celaron 300a. i did read something that mentioned a program [SoftFSB v1.7G1(beta)]? i am new to this and any info would be greatly appr.. thanks
