Overclocking using the Fic AZ11E. where to start

I am new to overclocking and would be grateful for some help.
I have a Duron 750 and a Fic AZ11E mother board (is this a good Mother Board for Overclocking) and would like to know arew these good for overclocking, and what speeds would i be looking at.

I already know about using conductive pen to unlock the L1 on the Duron.

What else shoul I know.
