Is there anytricks to COing with a slocket (as you can tell I am a newbie)
like if I have a cely2 700 if I set the FSB jumper on the slocket will it help . the reason I ask is I have it set to auto but I can't it to boot @ 100fsb actually I can't get it boo with anything over 83 and a t 83 will not load windows but 81 works fine 700@833 but I want higher with 83 I get 874 but no boot in windows mobo is abit bh6 rv 1.1 newest bios (just flashed yesterday) .

The slotket set to auto for FSB is usually fine- the bios makes the changes. You probably need to adjust the Vcore up to 1.75 or 1.85v and try again. Since you have a high multiplier you are making large jumps in speed- most celermines need more voltage to run at these higher speeds.
