I put my finger on the back of the vid card just now, all I am doing is surfing the net, and it was really really hot, If I hold in on there for more than 5 or 10 seconds it would burn. I am assuming this is bad and the source of my problems.

So How should I cool it? it is the VisionTek GeForce2 and it has stock hsf and ram hs.

System:
EPoX 8K7A+
TBird 1.2 266 AXIA @ 1.2 266
2X 256 Crucial pc2100
GeForce2 Ultra
20 Gig Maxtor 7200
TDK VeloCD 12-10-32 CDRW

And I am using onboard sound/game port.
