P 3 650 OC help

I have a ASUS EUROPA 3(atx-167)
P 3 650.

How can a beginner like me OC it?

SO far with my case mods and orb I"m running at 18 deg C at idle with a room temp of 75 deg F.

Anyone know how to OC it from the bios?

Got to be an Asus MB since your cpu is indicating 10 degrees cooler than the ambient room temperature. Unfortunately, this is impossible or we'd all be running at 2GHz with our PIII-700s.
