Wow, I want one of these. At the Intel Developer Forum Spring 2002, Intel demonstrated a liquid cooled P-4 running at a blazing fast 4 gig (according to a recent article at Anandtech.com).

Flashy - but they didn't do anything else with it aside from run that clock speed indicator. I would have been more impressed if they had run some programs. Just gave me the impression they took a chip with a good yield, water cooled it, and managed to run it well enough to boot windows and run simple programs without putting a load on it.

batboy, do you have the original source of this article if it explains what it posted at, stable at etc. benchmarks!
 
it is from the Anandtech Intel Developers coverage....they only ran that clock indicator....
