P4 3.2 EE IHS Removal

No it seems the new chips have a special TIM that sorta welds the core to the IHS.

IF the M0's are supposed to be EE's that didn't make the cut, why isn't there a big push to still try to unlock the rest of the cache in the chip? an EE even at 2.4ghz would be pretty sweet I'd think
