P4 (and poss C2D) compatible 1u heatsink?

I've currently got a single home server, which is lovely. I've also got a slightly older P4 that I dont use, which I want to convert to a second server to go in a 1U case.

I'm after a heatsink for the processor that will fit into a 1u chassis. If its possible, I would like this heatsink to be C2D or C2Q compatible as I do plan on upgrading at some point.

Has anyone got any suggestions/recommendations for these 1u heatsinks? Its quite a small space so I would assume they would be fairly compact, as would the fan.

Which P4 chip is it? Do you know the Sspec? CPU-Z will tell you the codename, speed, and stepping (revision) if you're not sure. Different chips/processes have wildly differing heat output.
