P4c800-e dlx, 2.8 crashing like a mofo

Sys, P4c800-E Dlx, 2.80 p4 (SL6Z5), 2 512 Corsair. Ati 9700 pro.

Cant get anything over 210FBS, The computerr boots up, starts to load windows then restarts. SO then I reloaded Windows Xp Pro, and the same thing happens. I have messed with everything i know to do but nothing is working. I have read many other post but i have found nothing that could give me a answer. VERY VERY LOST. Thanks

Could b e that the RAM is too slow. What speed is it running at?

it was the RAM, I took pc 3500 back and got some 3200 Kingston Hyper and this thing is running great now, hit 3.5 just messing around at 35c. Thanks for the help tho dorimon
