P4C800-E FSB Ratios

Does this board allow memory bus to run slower than CPU? My P4PE has only 3 options: 1:1, 4:5, and 3:4. So does the P4C800-E support 5:4 or 4:3 too?

All 875 boards, including the P4C800-E, support 1:1 (DDR400), 5:4 (DDR320), and 3:2 (DDR266).
