OK, I have followed many of the great and informative suggestions I've found in this, and other, forums. My system is described in my signature, below. After overclocking and testing, and here is where I stand:

DRAM Freq (MHz) = 320
DRAM Volt = 2.75 v
CPU Freq (MHz) = 235
CPU Volt = 1.5625 v
CPU Speed (GHz) = 3.05
Perform Mode = Turbo (but CPU-Z shows Disabled)
Mem Freq (MHz) = 188
Divider = 5:4
Memory Timing = 2.0-3-3-6-4
MAM = Enab

I can get my CPU up to 3.25 HGz (I can successfully boot into Win XP Pro), but it is not stable (prime95 fails). Is there anything else I can try, short of buying faster RAM? Although, it does not seem that my RAM is the limiting factor, since it is still slightly UNDERclocked at 188 MHz. I tried using the 1:1 divider with the CPU at 235, but the system will not even boot, so I backed off to 5:4.

* ASUS P4P800 Deluxe
* P4 2.6C CPU (OC's to 3.05 MHz @ AUTO voltage)
* 512 MB CORSAIR TWINX512-3200C2, (2 x 256MB) 2-3-3-6-4 AUTO voltage
* Zalman CNPS7000A-CU "mushroom" HS and fan (weighs a TON!!)
* ANTEC Performance PLUS Model PLUS1080AMG, w/ 5 case fans
* Antec TRUE 430W P4 Power Supply
* MSI Geforce FX5200-VTD128

yes, the ram is rated for 2-3-3-6. It IS passing memtest86 at the current settings. And agp/pci is locked @ 66/33. I'll try your vcore suggestion.
