P4P800 Deluxe Problem

hey guys...im helping a friend of mine with a computer build but i am just stumped...any help is appreciated...i gotta figure this out before tomorrow afternoon...

anyways i had everything hooked up but no display shows up(he has a 9600 pro)....this video card worked fine when i put it on my computer though...also it doesn't seem to be loading BIOS...no beeps coming from the mobo either and there are USB devices hooked up...the mobo LED is on and the LED's on the geil golden dragon ram light up too...anyone have any idea what could be wrong? i tried switching PSU's too cause i thought that was a problem before but no luck...thanks in advance

i had a similair prob once... make sure the keyboard is plugged in the right plug... if its connected well, check ide cables.
