P5B Deluxe Motherboard Temp 124C!?

I just put together a system with a E6600 running at stock speed with a Zalman 9500 heatsink. I installed the PC Probe II software and its reporting my motherboard temp is 124C! Meanwhile my CPU temp is idling at 32C ~ 34C. It's definitely cool inside the case, it's pushing out cold air.

I'm assuming something is wrong with the sensor. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

You may have a faulty censor or the Heat sink is not seated properly and is worth checking.
