Paint Case or Cut Case First??

I was going to spray paint my case yellow, and also cut out a case window and a blowhole at the top of my case for the 120mm that will be cooling the radiator in my new water cooling rig. I was wondering if you cut the holes first and then spray paint it afterwards. Or paint then cut?

Cut the holes first so you don't damage your new paint.

remeber to do alot of light coats of paint , that will give you the best result , I did the inside of my case and it took 2 cans of spray paint and about 6 hours and I sprayed it 4 times and I still got some drips but they are now covered by the mobo
