password protect usb drives in win10 pro

Just throwing this out there as a option. KeePass is a password manager that is available cross platform. A always on computer at home, or a Google Drive setup could have your passwords available anywhere so long as you have a connection.

all I want to do is password protect the drive, no encryption, no nothing, the lowest level of security, it seems like it should be so easy!!!!!!
