Fresh off the press is Patriot Memory's Viper Gaming VP4300 series NVMe M.2 solid-state drives. These newly announced drives will be available in 1 TB and 2 TB models and features an Innogrit IG5236 Gen4 x 4 controller and DDR4 DRAM cache. According to Patriot, the drives have a rated sequential read speed of up to 7,400 MB/s and sequential writes of up to 6,800 MB/s. Additionally, each drive includes two heat spreaders, a thin graphene heatshield for laptop applications, and a thicker aluminum heat sink for desktop installations.
