Ok, so I am having a weird problem. I have activated Speedstep and C1E on my i5 750 now that I have it stable at 4GHz, so now when it idles it is at 200*9 (1.8GHz) and about 0.9v. One advantage is that the Idle Temps are being reported at about 14*c. However, when it drops to 13 or lower (if only for a second) the PC Speaker beeps once.

No Idea what is causing it, and I would rather not remove the speaker as it is kind of important ;)

13*c? What's your ambient?

My guess is that the mobo is seeing a temp outside the expected range and assuming that something has failed.
If you can't get anything else to work, give it .95 at idle to keep it in the 14-15 range.
