PCI-e frequency: Reported @ 88mhz by Clockgen

Would this in any way affect performance on a 8800GT? I know that the PCI-E frequency doesn't do much, but it's weird that I have it locked at 100mhz in my BIOS and when I fire Clockgen up, it will show me that it's at 88mhz.

Should I worry about it?

Clockgen has probably got your PLL wrong, I doubt it is at 88.

Any other thing I can use to check if it's right? I too doubt it could go different from the BIOS, specially since it's a DFI board.
