PCMark 2002 Error - "Window lost focus"

When I try to run PCMark2002, I get an error during one of the memory tests. The screen goes black for a few seconds, and when it comes back I get "Reliable benchmarking could not be completed because the benchmarking window lost focus." Does anyone have any ideas what this might be? I checked the madonion FAQ's and posted on the forums but they don't seem to be very lively so I figured I'd try here too. Thanks for any help.
