Grrr...
I ordered an intuos2 6x8 tablet from them on the 25th of January.
They said it would be 2-5 days until shipping and 3-5 days sipping time.
When the e-mail came, they said it would be about 2 weeks until shipping. This was fine, there wasn't a real rush to get the tablet.
I called them 3 weeks later, they said it would be shipping on the 26th of February. This was acceptable only because if I had ordered from another store, it would have taken as long using fedex ground.
Yesterday I got an email from them. They said the next shipment was coming in on the 28th of March, or the 28th of April. I cancelled my order.
Those heartless SOBs can't even get an order out.

Not to get down on you futura, but it may not be their fault. I can say this because I am in business for myself. While I work hard to keep our customers satisfied, there are some things that happen that are out of my hands.

Example: I have a cutomer in Ohio, my biggest in fact, who was expecting some product two weeks ago. My glass supplier on the other hand had better things to do than getting my glass to me on time. I am not a big customer for them, so I'm low on their priority list.

Long story short: They got my glass to me a week late, which meant my customer got his product a week late. There was nothing he, or I could do about it.

I suspect this may be the situation here. I say this because this company at least contacted you to let you know what was going on.

This is one of the major things I always look for in a good supplier, they care enough to keep me informed about the situation.

Truly bad companies could care less if you know whats happening.

Terrible companies will ignore "you" when you try to contact them.

Go to resellerratings.com (it's down right now) and look up a1electronicsinc.com. If you want to see a good example of a company worth boycotting, they are that company.

I'm not taking their side here, just trying to give you another perspective. :)
