The other day I asked a Question about overclocking my Packard bell But I made a mistake I think I looked at my motherboard to find my PLL which is a cypress w48s111-146 write only I think and I looked at my motherboard carefully which is what I should have done in the first place it is a microstar ms6119 ver 1.1 bx2 . my question is how do I overclock now that I have downloaded cpufsb. The other question is in cpufsb there are two PLL types that refer to mine can someone tell me which is the one I should use. one is
w48s111-14a theother is w14s111-14b
Thanks for the previous replys
I think I am at step 1

You are smart to ask this Q. Well done! Picking a PLL-Clock chip at random, then using SoftFSB is a dangerous practice. From what I understand, SoftFSB can screw up your Bios when used carelessly.

Did you find that eyeballing the PLL-Clock chip on your mainboard didn't clear up the "is it 'a' or is it 'b'" mystery?

Getting into the Bios can be APITA with proprietary mainboards. If you can, I suggest hitting the "Pause" button so that you can write down all the numbers that ID your mobo's Bios. A trip to: http://www.ping.be/bios may help with the PLL-Clock chip mystery.
