IS there any possibility to run Pentium 4B on motherboard, which has been done to run Pentium 4A and 266Mhz DDR ram(MSi 845Ultra-C for example)??? Thanks for replies!!

Look at your motherboard's most recently updated specifications at the manufacturer's website and see whether it supports 133Mhz (sometimes called 533Mhz) operation. If so, you can run those "B" cpu's.
