Play some more with memory settings for other benchmarks. It will help in Spi32, XTU or even Cinebench. At least use dual channel ;)
Kingston is using Hynix so you can probably set something like 3000 15-15-15 at ~1.35V or maybe 3200 15-15-15 or 16-16-16 1.35-1.45V. Can take a look at my Kingston DDR4 tests, should be some settings there if you wish to try ( in sig is link ).

Thanks for the advice. I've got a couple of kits to play with. First I'm going to see what I can do with an i3 6100.
