Can anyone explain to me the difference? Which one is best for overclocking?

The Northwood P4 is best for overclocking and the best overall. It is made on a 0.13um process and runs at a lower default voltage and it has twice the L2 cache memory than the older willamette P4s.

northwood uses the new .13 micron process and has 512 l2 cache versus 256cache northwoods better for overclocking, if your going to pick one up i suggest googlegear.com
