Looking to setup a good positive airflow setup in a Phanteks Evolv ITX case. Here is what I have.

What would you suggest?

Three (3) COUGAR CF-V12HPB (120mm) - 800 - 1500 RPM 70.5 CFM (max.)

Here is the rest of the build.

For an ITX build airflow is boss.
Your max airflow will be to put the 240mm rad up top in exhaust and use 1x 120mm in the rear as exhaust and 2x 120mm up front as intake.

Thank you! I was thinking the same, and just removing the 200mm.

That's what I would do. The 200mm up front would likely be quieter but for max airflow I would think the higher cfm of the duo 120mm would be worth it. Plus those Cougar fans are pretty damn quiet in their own rights. Actually looking closer at your build I have the same fans as you. The 200mm Phanteks from my Enthoo Luxe and I bought 3x 4 packs of the Vortex (all black) for a few other projects. They are all pretty quiet so I would definitely go the 2x 120mm up front.
