Now even if abit VH6-2 is a wonderful board, I miss one feature: the ability to adjust the AGP-FSB multiplier independent of the PCI... It seems like the multiplier is locked at 1/2 FSB while the PCI is at 1/4. So the AGP gets too speedy... Would it help to disable AGP4X? Or is it only the base AGP-speed(normally 66Mhz) that counts? And in that case, would a P3 700 with 100mhz FSB help? then I could use the 1/2 agp-multiplier (and 1/4 PCI) to obtain FSB 145 with agp on about 72Mhz... That way I could break 1Ghz with AGP-card still functioning normally... Any comments? Any upgrade bioses? Anything?!

Yes it will function at 1/2 the fsb when at 1/4 pci.
You should be able to go to at least 149mhz depending upon what agp card you have and to 180mhz with most video cards.
If you are getting lockups at 145mhz you need to look for another cause.
But yes if your agp bus were the problem lowering the agp to 2x should help.
