SOLVED PIII Motherboard

I am looking for a good PIII motherboard that can handle a 1000mhz prosessor(either flip chip or slot 1) and has 4x AGP capabilities. It has to be able to support a 133mhz FSB and I would like it to have 4 slots for memory expansion, but I can live with 3. Any one got any suggestions?
