PIII o/c at 910 comes up as 701?

I have an asus cusl2 mobo with a 700mhz cpu, pc133 256 Ram. When I set the ratio to 100:100:33 and the MHz to 130/130/43 save and boot I get 910mhz but when I shutdown, the next time I start up my computer it says 701mhz. I've also set my voltage to 1.75v.
Any suggestions?

Many Asus boards pull this road apples. The CUSL2 isn't unique in this respect. Don't feel like the lone stranger.
