Pin mod to disable SpeedStep on Pentium M?

I have a Pentium M laptop that I would like to keep permanently at its lowest clock speed (600Mhz). While it is possible to do this through software in Windows, I would like to run other operating systems on it like DOS and want to keep the CPU permanently at this clock speed.

Is there a pin that I can remove from this processor to prevent it from clocking up?
 
You cant disable it at the bios level?

Wont disabling speedstep run things at FULL speed?

Maybe lower the system multiplier in the bios if possible.
 
It's a laptop and does not provide any options in the bios to set the multiplier.

OMG, pin modding a Pentium M, those were the days! I don't recall a pin mod to disable speedstep, but have a look at some old forum threads:
