Pink artifacts

Does anybody know why my card shows pink artifacts on EVERY white space? ( it does it with every filtering (none, bilinear + trilinear , or anisotropic ). It is overclocked but it still does it at the default speed. It is a RIVA TNT2 Vanta PCI. Thanks

My voodoo did that when I took it over a certain speed, im thinking it might be the ram getting too hot, but im not 100% sure. Try putting some sinks on there?

I have an 80mm fan blowing directly on the card. I don't think it is overheating because it does that at the default speeds too.Thanks
