Plain and simple quietest 80mm fan on the block

Right i asked you all about PSU water cooling.... Well thats out of the question im not that mad well not seeing as i aint got the cash to replace it if it busts. the PSU is a 400 watt sparkle and is cooled by whopping heatsink and one 80mm fan which is bloody noisy.

Ive got to replace this fan with a quiter one,

Which is the quietest please help meeee!!! I have no idea and i dont want to buy a rotter.
