I'm wanting to buy a 1700+ and oc it to hopefully 2.2ghz. I have a Soltek SL-75DRV4 mobo and I'm not sure if this mobo unlocks the multiplier or is even capable of supporting the [email protected]. I'm new to o/c'ing so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am pretty sure it will work b/c I have a DRV5 (KT333) and it unlocks all of the mults for my 1700+ up to 12.5. If you want 2.2ghz you will probably have to cut/connect some bridges.
