what could i use to bond a plastic window to a metal case.

yes epoxy should work fine. you could also try super glue. but don't use plastic weild as it only joins two peices of plastic.

i wouldn't use super glue usually the plastic where you apply the superglue ends up turning white.

Silicone adhesive. Works like a charm.

Definitley not super glue... that stuff gets SUPER messy and turns plastic white. How come you dont want to use screws? They are usually a better alternative then epoxy or adhesives!

Screws look lame. Use Silcon but not under the window, run the bead arond the outside edge, it come out way cleaner than any other way.

silicone provides an easy removal method, if that's of value.

i am planning on doing rivets on my case. nice finished look on the outside.

Screws look lame if you half *** it yeah. But it can be done to look nice.
I used rivet type screws around the whole thing so it looks like windows was bolted on kinda. Hard to explain but I think it looks cool. =P

I used Krazy Glue. Don't know if anyone else would reccomend it :/

I bought a windo kit online and it came with some rubber window molding..they sell the same stuff at my local hardware store.. The window molding worked well for me. The only thing wrong with tha is you can't go around sharp corners. My window is oval shaped so it does the trick just fine. If you have sharp corners the molding won't be able to make the bend. If that's your case then I would opt for one of the other alternitives allready mentioned.

go and get some 5 minute epoxy (the clear stuff)
mix the epoxy and put it on the outside 1/2 inch of the window (as not to get it near the ede you will see) then take and put a few pieces of duct tape on the inside to hold it on place to wait for it to dry hey as they say

if you can't fix it duck it
if you cant duck it f_ _k it.

then lay it on a flat surface and put a heavy weight on top(stack of phone books or a case of beer) and wair overnight for it to dry, and if it drys good then throw a party and drink the beer (after refrigerating a couple hours of course)
