PLEASE HELP!! Abit BP6 questions>>

[600 HP]

A friend of mine is running this board, with a Celeron 366...................
What other processors can be put in this board????
I sent him a P III 733
Will this processor work in this board?

He tried sticking it in, but it would not boot, no screen or anything.
CAn he use this processor?

The CPU you sent him is FC-PGA, and the board is a PPGA.

The answer is NO, the BP6 doesn't support FC PGA Coppermine CPU, so that is why the P3 doesn't work on his mobo... sorry.

I would get another Celly 366 and make a dual system, if I were him.
