Will it play 1080p no issues? yes. Would I buy it myself? No. Rosewill.. Ew. But if you want something cheap.. Yes, it'll work.. Providing the power supply doesn't choke on itself... Assuming the PSU is the same brand as the case; they don't have the best rep..

You get what you pay for is all I'm saying..

If it goes I am only out $220 bucks worst case scenario LOL. Thanks though bro. I just pulled the trigger and bought it.

I would ask a mod to close this thread but I want other people on here to take advantage of a pretty CHEAP pc. I do hate AMD and ATI though so this will be funny. I wonder if there is ANY advantage to getting more ram.. hmm..

Actually some of rosewills cases are pretty awesome and some of their psu's aren't bad either from what ive seen

I've used this case before. It's certainly nothing special, but there's nothing horrible about it either. Definitely good enough for a cheap PC which looks to be OP's requirements.

EDIT: When you get a little extra cash together and want a proper HTPC case, you can get a "decent" one for less than $50 and since this combo comes with a mATX MB, you should be able to get a decently small sized case for it.

I've had good luck with Rosewill cases except one older than this. One of the SATA plugs for whatever reason stopped the motherboard from working (there were 2) so left it unplugged and "only" had 2 usable USB2.0 plugs.
The power supply however is not one of Rosewills best efforts. Plan on catching something else on sale, Corsair CX430, Antec Earthwatts EA380 or EA430, Neo Eco 400,
or equivalent.

People can talk smack about Rosewill all they want... but I've had a number of their PSUs and cases and have always had pretty good luck.

In fact, OklahomaWolf has done some extensive reviews on some of their PSUs and they have overall performed very well.

Yes and I agree to a point.
Rosewill stated out selling really cheap low end power supplies. Most often low power supplies do not get professionally reviewed unless someone thinks they will blow up.
I expect over time Rosewill decided RMAs and complaints should be minimized, and have done better. Rosewill Green, Hive, and Capstone should be very good, a Rosewill 1000w did very well, especially at a discount price.
However, several older designs have poor to horrible reputations.

No selling outside the classifieds. -hokie

The Rosewill Stallion series were notorious.
