i used the ultimate metal cutting tool
my dad works with stainless steel all day building machines etc and hes got a plasma cutter that cuts through 1/2 inch stainless steel :)
so that does the trick of nice cuts
and the paint belive it or not is rust oleum its the new metalic stuff paintedit myself in the basement :)

well kudos to you! Wish i had a case that nice. Mine is just one big blob of cables.

just a few questions.

That temp sensor is that a Rad shack car temp guage and if so did you add your own thermister?

And is that a 4" speaker port on the front I was thinking of using one of thoes too.

And what is the thing on the top... looks like a car stereo but unless you did somthing crazy theres no way your pc power suply would power that... I could be and often am wrong though.

one more question did you clear coat your pc?

yes 3 clear coats :) this paint actually rubs off with the metalic in it
and the thing on top is called a NewQ go to www.NewQ.com its a digital eq w/ a remote
