I want to know that you run your ram voltage @ how long have you been doing this and if there was any effect's to doing it.

I run mine at 2.8 24/7, only becase i cant go higher. if I could I would do 3.0

2.7 because I can't go lower. Nf7-s overvolts .1 with a minimum setting of 2.6 I'm at my FSB max anyway, so no point in juicing up my ram (cas 2.0 isn't worth it to me).

With the IT7 Punisher's DR bios I can hit 2.98 (actual) but run 2.8 as it doesn’t make any difference with the XMS I have.

The sweet spot seems to be between 2.7 -2.8 but I don't have that fine of adjustments.

2.8 bios - gives 2.9v mbm on my hyperx/xms 3500 dont use it that low much tho.

usually its 2.9bios and 3v mbm for a few months now. 221 dual channel also.

2.7V @209Mhz in Dual Channel.

i had it up to 224Mhz but wasn't 100% stabil, everything i tried ran great except for Mafia so i backed it down. i probably could have got it stabil at 224 with 2.8V but i don't want to push this TWINX too hard as i can't afford to replace it right now.

deathstar, your back in front of me..... for now :p

Well thanks for all the reply's guy's for what I'am running I only need 2.77 but on some day's I up it to 2.9 when testing I was just woundering if 2.9 would kill anything in a hurry.
